The challenge
Every JACE rental required phone calls to check availability, paper contracts and in-person payments. It took time for the owner and for customers, and there was no simple way to make sure every contract was signed before a trailer left the lot.
The solution
We built an online booking system with real-time availability. Before paying, the customer reviews and signs the rental agreement digitally, then pays securely online. The business receives the booking, the signed contract and the payment confirmation automatically.
